We create and develop unique, sustainable and future-proof concepts with a pragmatic view on feasibility. A strong concept is inspiring and has the potential to last. Individual ideas often have a short lifespan (after some time something is simply not surprising anymore), while a strong concept should be flexible and open to new interpretations.

We assess the complete scope of the project. Provide insight into the financial aspects (development budget, profit & loss account, and so on), the time schedule, technical scope of works and the critical success factors at an early stage of the project to determine whether the project adds value to the client’s strategy.

We take complete care of the project development on behalf of the client from the initiation phase until the turnkey delivery of the property. This includes the support at acquisition of real estate, project organization, managing commercial and operating assumptions, stakeholder management during design and construction, communication with the relevant authorities, risk management, contracting all relevant parties and of course realizing the project successfully based on the critical success factors of the development.

We manage the project and will keep our head cool at the important moments which are decisive for the project result. In the meantime, we control the timeschedule, manage the design & construction teams, the project cash flow, the risks, we make sure the right technical specifications are applied, the quality and the support of the stakeholders. In this way, projects do not cause headaches, but satisfaction.

We define the contracting strategy per project based on a thorough risk & KPI assessment. We assess and manage the commercial & technical aspects during the contract negotiations and manage these conditions as well as the project duration.

We strategize and implement a lean and efficient project organization, striving to continuously improve and optimize the project result.

We define the tender strategy per (sub)contractor. Coordination of the tender process, national or international, resulting in the best value for money.

We set up a clear risk register in relation to the project after a thorough risk assessment. On-going management of the risk (and opportunities) in relation to the project KPI’s.
