JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone with great people skills, drive and a sparkling personality to join our team as Real Estate developer intern at EYE OPENER Real Estate Concepts HQ.

EYE OPENER real estate concepts focusses on all elements of real estate development. From creation to full implementation of unique concepts which integrate leisure and commerce seamlessly into the day of lives of the end user causing optimal sustainable results for our clients varying from governments to real estate funds, businesses and private individuals driven by our entrepreneurial mindset.

We are able to manage projects agile & successfully in nowadays fast paced ever changing world. Focused on the end-user & sustainable optimal project result we thrive to engage synergies with all stakeholders.

We believe that real estate developers with an entrepreneurial mindset are able to think outside of the box and are able to unluck the true potential of real estate.

YOUR PROFILE

• Critical & analytical thinking

• Likes to work independently on tasks, is concentrated and organized

• Ambitious team player with a strong drive and a hands-on attitude

• Honest, helpful, flexible and stress resistant

• Professional in communication: oral & written, Dutch & English

• Takes responsibility for the end result

• Passion for real estate and entrepreneurship

• Trend conscious, curious, commercial and innovative

• Familiar with the MS Office package: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pages

• Can relate to the client of the client

• Affinity with real estate concept development and consultancy

• Available for a minimum of 5-6 months

EDUCATION

In the final phase of a real estate related study, University for applied sciences (HBO) at minimum
Relevant ‘minors’ (entrepreneurship, etc.)
Several number of years of operational experience in real estate or as an entrepreneur is an advantage
